摘要:文章实现了一种堆叠多层石墨烯-石英材料构建的透明宽带毫米波吸波器,建立了石墨烯/石英复合型透明吸波器的电路分析模型,推导出不同化学势和入射角下吸波率计算公式。采用多次转移和蚀刻工艺,对多层石墨烯进行精确加工,控制其表面电阻率。采用毫米波反射测量平台,验证了透明吸波器在125-165GHz范围28%相对带宽内吸波率大于90%。
